HOW TO USE – A4Go
You can purchase the A4Go on-board device and pulse packet:
via the online customer service www.a4go.pl, which allows the A4Go device to be purchased quickly and top-ups to be purchased using instant electronic payment via Blue Media, as well as gives an overview of all purchases, toll plaza journeys or invoices
at Customer Service Centres:

From 1st June, 2022, open Monday to Friday, stationary and online from 6.15 AM to 9.45 PM.
Once you have set up your user account: choose prepaid and/or postpaid formula, assign the number of vehicles you want to the on-board unit, top up the unit with impulses or plug in an active payment card – now you can start appreciating the advantages of A4Go in practice!
In the event of a malfunction of the A4Go on-board unit, it is replaced FREE OF CHARGE with a new on-board unit. In this matter, contact the Customer Service Center.
You can return the on-board device at any time, recovering the deposit of PLN 50 and the value of unused, whole impulse packets (the value of unused impulses, which do not constitute a packet, will not be returned).
